Connecting
MC connects communities to mindfulness practices through classes and workshops designed for diverse lifestyles and mental health challenges.
People depend on people—family, friends, and wellness experts—for their physical, emotional, mental, and economic health. Through mindfulness practices, we can share stories, actively listen, and respond with compassion across diverse cultures in a respectable way that is good for all of us.
MC’s commitment to prosperous communities means working with individuals impacted by high stress and/or some of life’s worse trauma experiences. Together, MC and your community can be a source of stability and opportunity for people who lost, or never had, the protection of family, friends, and community members.
MC has long understood that the people who live with the impacts of trauma can become critical leaders in closing the gap between trauma and thriving communities. Over time, our work with people has supported self-trust, self-expression, community efforts, and led to transformative social results. This is a socially inclusive wellbeing approach. Together, we develop practical and beneficial ways for individuals and communities to thrive.
